By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require physical or digital signature.
2. Showcase Website Only — No Offer or Sale
(a) No offer or solicitation. 5. Note on RERA — Builder Floor Operations
Krishna Kartik Homes LLP is engaged in the development of low-rise residential builder floors, typically constructed on individual plots of less than 500 square yards (approximately 418 square metres), with each project comprising less than eight (8) residential units (inclusive of all phases). Each floor is sold individually under a separate sale deed.
Under Section 3(2)(a) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (“RERA”), projects (i) where the area of land does not exceed 500 square metres, or (ii) where not more than 8 apartments are proposed (inclusive of all phases), are exempt from registration under RERA. Projects which had received the relevant completion / occupancy certificate prior to 1 May 2017 are also exempt under the proviso to Section 3(1) of RERA. Many of the projects shown on the Website fall within one or more of these statutory exemptions.
The Website is not a marketing, advertising, booking, or selling platform within the meaning of Section 3 of RERA, and no information on the Website should be construed as such. Where any specific project does require RERA registration, the registration number will be communicated to you separately at the time of any actual transaction. Every prospective buyer must independently verify the RERA / regulatory status of any property at the time of transaction.
